Download the C&T App and log in;
In the “Reservations and Check-in” section you can find your ticket and the generator for the QR Code you need to board.
Register on the app or website with the same email you entered to receive the ticket. Download the app and log in. Now the system asks you if you want to import the tickets you have already purchased into the app.
If you confirm then you can use Self Check-in service and the QR code to board.
Please note that you will receive an email to confirm the import of the tickets. This further step will ensure two-factor authentication.
Just download the app and log in with the same login details used on the website to find all your tickets in the “Reservations and Check-in” section. Now, you can select the trip you want to use Self Check-in service for.
If you decided to continue as a guest, despite the alert about an existing account associated with the email address you entered and despite the invitation to log in to use the online check-in service, you will not be able to import the ticket you purchased and use the Self Check-in service for this trip. We will wait for you at the ticket office.
