Please check within your reserved area to confirm the type of complimentary ticket you’ve redeemed, in the My Benefits and Bonus section (Round-trip within 3 days/Round-trip within 90 days).

Once you have verified the type of ticket you have, select the same type during the purchase process, and proceed to issue the ticket, which will be provided at no cost, 0.00 euros.

The redeemed complimentary ticket, although unused, cannot be renewed for a second issuance.

Miles accrued are typically credited within 7 days from the completion date of the individual journey. However, there are exceptions for pedestrian passes, with Miles being credited within 7 days from the purchase date.

If you haven’t received credit for your Miles after 7 days from your travel date, but your ticket code is correct, please contact C&T Customer Service within 30 days to ask for support.

If you’ve made purchases before redeeming the complimentary ticket online, those purchases won’t affect the progressive discount counter and consequently won’t contribute to obtaining additional complimentary tickets. Instead, they will only contribute to accumulating Miles.

Customers belonging to the Platinum level of the Navigo Per Te program are entitled to one Priority Boarding voucher per month.

By accessing your reserved area, you can view your upcoming and archived tickets. Additionally, in the “My Trips” section, you can verify the list of mileage transactions by consulting the transaction journal.

The Status Miles expire on the termination date of the Program (December 31, 2025), unless extended. The accumulated Benefit Miles are valid for one year from the date of each credit. Therefore, their expiration is gradual. Any remaining Benefit Miles can be used within one month from the termination of the Program (January 31, 2026), unless the Program is extended.

The 5.00 euro “first purchase” voucher is issued only after utilizing the ticket that generated it.

To access the ISEE formula, it is necessary to have an ISEE equal to or less than 5.000 euros.

To request activation of the ISEE formula if you already have a Navigo Per Te Card, please send the following documents to isee@carontetourist.it:

• A valid identification document
• Certificate/ Self-certification of residence
• Valid ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator)

You will receive an e-mail within 7 working days informing you of the outcome of your request.

Once every month, you can purchase the discounted ticket by selecting the “Round-trip Car Navigo ISEE within 3 days” option on the online booking available at carontetourist.it or on the C&T App.
