For this reason, the C&T Group adopts its own “Anti-Bribery Management System” aimed to provide a systematic framework of principles, rules of conduct and controls.
The Compliance Officer, in her additional role as Anti-Bribery Officer and through the related powers and responsibilities assigned to her by the Board of Directors, ensures the functioning of the system in order to prevent and fight corruption, assess its adequacy over time system and its effective implementation.
