- From Monday to Saturday from 8.00am to 8.45pm
Video call with a LIS interpreter:
- Tuesday from 8.30am to 1.30pm
- Thursday from 1.30pm to 3.30pm
- Saturday from 3.30pm to 8.45pm
For messages and video calls, if there is no coverage or excessive phone traffic, the customer will be contacted no later than 24 hours from the request.
