The check-in
The day of departure, you must go to the ticket office with your ticket (paper or digital) or simply the booking code/PNR displayed in front of it.
The ticket office will carry out the check-in, whilst ensuring that the RFID boarding pass is issued, on which will be also displayed, if required by current regulations regarding the line, a detail of the passenger list.
How early can I check-in
For trips on the lines linking the minor Sicilian islands, the check-in can be carried out 36 hours before the desired departur.
The boarding
After the check-in procedures at the ticket office, you can board the ship with your boarding pass.
The staff will read your boarding pass with the appropriate reader that will signal to the system that all passengers and vehicles whose information is shown on the RFID chip have embarked on board.
The staff will not collect your boarding pass or any copies of the ticket in your possession, except in case of possible extraordinary circumstances established by the Company.
Warning!
If you purchased a ticket using a special discount (residents of the smaller islands, members of a partner organization, etc.), you must also provide an ID to be shown during check-in and boarding.
