The Traghetti Card is a virtual fidelity card that guarantees the fare concessions, specified below, for the purchase of tickets valid for Siremar lines operated by ferries.
It stems from the Company's need to create a facilitated fare for all commuters moving between the Minor Islands, with the main purpose to make Sicily even more united with its surrounding islands.
The Traghetti Card is aimed at the following categories of customers:
- Commuting workers residing in Sicily and based in the Sicilian Minor Islands.
- Residents in Sicily (Minor Islands excluded) and owners of second home located in the Sicilian Minor Islands (the card can also be issued to all family members present in the Family Status not exceeding the 1st degree of kinship).
- Natives of the Sicilian Minor Islands not residing in them (the card can also be issued to all family members present in the Family Status not exceeding the 1st degree of kinship).
The discounts provided by the Traghetti Card are applied only to passenger accommodation, but not to the fare of accompanying vehicles.
