What can I do if I forgot a personal belonging on the ship?

Personal belongings found on the ships will be temporarily left on the ship itself until the opening of the “collection point” (as shown in the list below). If you think you have lost a personal belonging on one of our ships, please inform the crew in order to receive assistance.

Who should I contact about a personal belonging lost on the boarding area?

If the personal belonging is found on the boarding area, listed in the table below (”loss area”), it will remain in custody in “temporary storage” places until the opening of the “collection point”.

If my personal belonging has been found and already transferred to the “collection point”, how can I request the delivery?

If the personal belonging is claimed within seven days from its loss, and its founding has been previously confirmed, you will need to show up at the “collection point” for the delivery that will take place after signing in the register and bringing a copy of your ID card.

If you are not able to reach physically the “collection point”, it will be possible to request the delivery of the personal belonging by courier at your own expense.

What if my personal belonging is no longer at the collection point?

After seven days the personal belonging will be delivered to the Police Department of the town, where the “collection point” is located. In this case it will be necessary to contact the city hall, that will be indicated by the Company during the assistance phase.
