Purchasing tickets

How can I check availability, request a quote, or purchase a ticket?

Directly online via the site carontetourist.it, by contacting the call centre at the toll-free number +39.090.364601, by contacting any Travel Agency, or at the New TTTLines ticket office in the ports of Naples and Catania.

I am not sure that the online ticket purchase has been successful. How can I verify the successful completion of the transaction?
You must contact the Booking office via the toll-free number +39.090.364601.

Is the copy of the ticket I received via email valid for embarkation?

Tickets received by email are not valid for boarding and must be presented at the New TTTLines ticket office within the port of departure in order to receive the tickets for boarding.

How and when can you apply for an invoice for the trips purchased?
The invoice must be requested when purchasing the ticket by communicating the following data to the operator, being required for the invoice: company name, address, city, VAT code and tax code.

Boarding time and length of journey

What is the boarding schedule?
Passengers with a vehicle must be present at the boarding area at least two hours prior to departure. Passengers without a vehicle must be present at the boarding area at least one hour prior to departure.
Passengers who will be utilising the camping on board service (if applicable) must be present at the boarding area between 2 hours and 30 minutes prior to departure.

What is the duration of the journey?
The travelling time is around 12 hours and the times scheduled may be subject to variations due to weather conditions, cargo requirements, port operations, port traffic, and for technical reasons.

The cabins

The cabins are equipped with bathroom and shower facilities. Each ship has cabins for persons with reduced mobility.

Lost items

If I lose a personal item on the ship, who should I contact?

If you lose a personal item onboard the ship, you must contact the reception desk and inform the Commissioner on board. If you become aware of the loss only after disembarking, you can send an email to servizioclienti@tttlines.com, providing the details of the lost item and a telephone number where you can be reached.

I am a passenger with celiac disease; I have food intolerances

Prior to dining at the self-service or at the bar, people with celiac disease or food intolerances should make the onboard staff aware in order to receive information on allergens present in the different foods.

What travel documents do I need to embark?

In addition to the boarding ticket, all passengers including minors (children under 11 years old) will need to be in possession of a valid identification document at the time of check-in.
Otherwise, boarding will be refused without any right to a refund.
