Priority Boarding

The Priority Boarding service is currently available only for Navigo Per Te customers and allows you to jump the queue and reach the boarding area directly avoiding long waiting times.

Platinum customers can receive priority boarding from the Benefit catalogue and it is guaranteed to be free of charge.

The Platinum customer will receive once a month a voucher valid for n.1 priority boarding.

The voucher will expire on the last day of the month it was issued.

The Priority Boarding voucher must be redeemed when purchasing your ticket to check availability for the desired day and port of departure as it is a limited-availability service.

The Priority boarding may not be available on certain days of the year due to logistical reasons, which could compromise the proper supply of the service.

Priority boarding is guaranteed only if the vehicle's license plate is associated with the ticket, which has priority access to the port.

Priority access gates are available:

  • in Villa San Giovanni, Via Salvo D'Acquisto, 62 (click on the address to display on Google Maps the exact location of the priority access).
  • in Messina, Viale della Libertà, 34 next to the L'Ancora self-service restaurant (click on the address to display on Google Maps the exact location of the priority access).

Once the priority gate has been identified, please proceed by approaching it with your vehicle. The system will automatically recognize the license plate, prompting the access barrier to raise, thereby facilitating entry into the boarding area.

If you encounter any issues at the priority gate, simply press the assistance button located on the driver's side column and wait for the intervention of an operator.

Upon accessing the boarding area, look for one of the on-duty operators who will scan your QR code ticket and grant you access on board.

C&T is not liable for the road route that the customer must take to reach the priority access gate at the port.

If you reserve the service but don't use it, it won't allow you to ask for any refund or compensation or change of the date or port of departure.
