The UnipolMove service allows you to purchase and collect our tickets simultaneously using the dedicated telepayment lane, offering the convenience of not having to exit your vehicle or wait in the ticket line.
What are the advantages of the service?
- Avoid stopping the car and getting out to go to the ticket office.
- Skip the ticket office queue.
- Pay for the trips made at a later time directly from your UnipolMove account.
- Always check the list of individual trips in your reserved area on www.unipolmove.it.
- Receive the invoice directly from UnipolMove.

How does it work?
The service will be automatically activated with the first transit and has no additional cost beyond the UnipolMove subscription fee and our rates.
To access the service, simply:
- Correctly position your Unipol device inside the vehicle.
- Access the dedicated lane marked with the UnipolMove logo, recognizable by the vertical and horizontal signage.
- Slow down near the first barrier, stop at the column to collect the ticket, which will be automatically issued.
- Free the lane and head to the pre-boarding area.
The charges for the transits will be directly billed to your UnipolMove account, which can be checked in your reserved area on www.unipolmove.it.
Tickets
Passengers with cars, buses, or commercial vans up to 4.50 meters in length
These customer categories can purchase all types of tickets offered, which will be issued as follows:
For example, passengers with a car:
- One-Way Ticket
A one-way ticket will be issued at the time of the first transit. - Round-Trip Ticket within the same day
A one-way ticket will be issued at the first transit; if the return occurs by 4:00 AM the following day, a second ticket will be issued, covering the difference between the price paid for the outward journey and the amount required to complete the round-trip fare. - Round-Trip Ticket within 3 days
A one-way ticket will be issued at the first transit; if the return occurs within three days (counted from the day after the outward journey), a second ticket will be issued, covering the difference between the amount paid for the outward journey and the amount required for a round-trip within 3 days. - Round-Trip Ticket within 90 days
Two tickets will be issued: one for the outward journey and one for the return, both at the full fare.

Commercial Vehicles
- From Villa San Giovanni, a ticket that includes both the outward and return journey will be automatically issued. If the customer previously purchased a one-way ticket via the Messina lane, a return ticket will be issued for the next transit (if the return occurs within 60 days of the outward journey). The fare will be calculated based on the difference, as is done for the other vehicles mentioned above.
- From Messina, an outward ticket will be issued automatically as an exception.
Fidelity Card Holders
Currently, Navigo Per Te users cannot yet benefit from the fidelity plan advantages by linking their UnipolMove device (OBU) to their Navigo Per Te profile in the reserved area.
Procedure for Incorrect Tickets
In case of a tariff calculation error, you will need to go to the Info Point or the Messina pedestrian ticket office. There, the customer, with the vehicle registration book and the UnipolMove device, can request the issuance of a new ticket with the correct amount. At the same time, by handing over the incorrect ticket in its original form, it will be possible to cancel it.
